What Shipping Methods Are Available?

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

How Do I Track My Order?

Simply enter the tracking number from your purchase confirmation email into the order tracker tool.

How Do I Place an Order?

Navigate to the item you wish to purchase, place it in your “basket”, and proceed to checkout – where payment instructions will be provided.

What if my purchase is out of stock?

We keep a generous stock of products at our public trade counter, but the nature of this premises means on rare occasions we will sell out of a particular product at very short notice. If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately with details of when the product will be restocked. If, in the case of stock issues, you are not satisfied at any time, you may cancel your order.
