The majority of parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. (Please note that when shipped via Royal Mail there is no delivery tracking available.) In certain cases, we may opt to use a courier – particularly if the package is large or heavy. If you require special delivery, or a courier of your own choosing, please contact us on 01392 833893.

Packages will usually be delivered within 5 working days. If your order is time-sensitive we can offer a range of expedited services. To discuss your requirements please contact us on 01392 833893.

If your order is being sent via courier and tracking is applicable, simply enter the tracking number from your purchase confirmation email into the courier’s own tracking system.

Navigate to the item you wish to purchase, place it in your ‘basket’, and proceed to checkout – where payment instructions will be provided.

We keep a generous stock of products at our public trade counter, but the nature of this premises means on rare occasions we will sell out of a particular product at very short notice. If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately with details of when the product will be restocked. If, in the case of stock issues, you are not satisfied at any time, you may cancel your order.
